How can I place an order?

• Send us an email with the details of your order and we will create a quote for you shop@504stitches.com 

• We can meet and create the order according to your specific needs. (recommended if providing garments or fabrics) 

When do I pay? 

• When the quote is finalized and revised; we will send a secure payment link; please note that full payment is required in order to proceed with production

What payment methods are accepted? 

• Cash, Check, Venmo, Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express)  

How long is production time? 

• Standard production time is 10 - 14 business days for regular orders, If needed before please let us know and we will try to accommodate if possible 

• Art design orders: Every order is different, we do NOT guarantee a specific date for orders with Front or Back middle designs.

Can I have my order rushed?

• Yes, orders can be rushed for an additional charge (percentage of the total). The cost of the rush fee will depend on how fast you want the order; please note that we will reserve the right to accept a rush order depending of the season and workload 

Do you offer shipping? 

• Yes, we offer shipping through UPS; the cost of the shipping will depend on volume and weight. Free shipping for orders over $500

• Local orders: Gainesville / Newberry: If the order is over $100 we will deliver it for free, if the order is less than $100 you will have to pick it up or we could deliver it for an extra fee of $5

Can I cancel an order?

• Once you have placed your order you have 24 hours to make any changes. After that time we put your order into production and will no longer be able to cancel it

Can I return a product?

• NO returns accepted. If a mistake was made on our end, we will remake it, or give you store credit (based upon approval) 

Can I receive a refund?

• NO, because all orders are customized; we have a no refund policy.
